Return Policy

Order Cancellation:

If you want to cancel an order or make any changes in your order, then you can email us within 24 hours. Usually we take 1 day to process your order. If you contact us regarding cancellation or changes in order after 24 hours, it might be difficult but we will try our best.

 

Refunds:

*No Refunds/Returns will be accepted after 30 day period since receiving the product. Please contact for return/refund within 30 day period.

For returns/refunds/exchanges, customers need to pay for shipping themselves.

Returns/Refunds are not applicable for Free Giveaway Items only exchange. If you want to exchange an Free Giveaway item please email us.

 

Sizing Issues:

-There are no refunds for sizing issues only exchanges, we have provided Size Chart under each Clothing Item. Please use the Size Chart provided to find the best size for yourself.

 

-If you still somehow end up with wrong size we can offer you an exchange when you return the item to us.

Order didn’t arrived:

-In case your order doesn’t arrive you can always send us an email to our support staff and we can always help you out.

 

-We can either refund you or reship the order.

 

-Sometimes packages are stuck in Customs Office which can take some time and can cause delays.

 

Damaged Item:

-If your item or package arrives damaged, we need a proof of the damage which can be emailed to us. After reviewing it we can provide you with a full refund when you return the item.

Order was Delivered but I didn't received:

Once, we ship out the order its responsibility of shipping companies such as FEDex, USPS to deliver the package. Once, they deliver it we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. If the package is lost in transit, then we can provide with a Full Refund. 

We would suggest you to have someone home at the day of delivery, to make sure the package is received by right person.

Wrong or Insufficient Shipping Address:

Please make sure the you enter the Shipping address is correct. We don't make any change to Shipping Address provided unless requested before Shipping/Processing. Unfortunately, we don't provide any refund/return due to Insufficient or Wrong Shipping Address.
